The Rural Technical Education (RTE) Society was established in 1980 at Hulkoti with the divine blessings of Sri Sri Sri Thiruchi Mahaswamiji of the Kailash Asharam, Bangalore . Hulkoti takes pride in being a pioneer in the cooperative sector and specially is known for the Textile Mills.
