Overview

Samved School began its journey as A.V. Education Society in 1967 with 50 children in a rented building in Jayanagar, Bangalore. We have over 1000 happy children enrolled currently. It has been accredited by the Department of Education in Karnataka to follow the State's S.S.L.C. Syllabus from Standards I to X. We are currently rated as one of the top 25 schools in Bangalore South out of 1500 schools. At Samved, we focus on your child's holistic development keeping their learning needs and developmental stages in mind. Children are given opportunities for active and collaborative learning. We ensure your child's learning is connected to real life needs. Our aim is to address the overall development of your child. English is the medium of instruction in the school, from Pre-Nursery to Standard X. At the end of Standard X, students appear for the SSLC Exam conducted by the Karnataka State Secondary Examination Board. We follow textbooks by XSEED Foundation books from Nursery to Standard VI and the State/NCERT books from Standard VII to Standard X. These books are highly compliant with the Karnataka State Board, while incorporating the best of syllabuses. The curriculum is based on extensive research and focuses on delivering quality holistic education.
