S Educational Trust, Salem was founded by the promoters of SKS Hospital, Salem‘s first multi specialty hospital, to start SKS School of Nursing since 1993. In 2021 the School of Nursing was upgraded to a College of Nursing with an annual intake of 60 students. The College of Nursing is designed to meet the ever-growing need for qualified Nurses in the country, where at present the number of trained nursing personnel is woefully inadequate.
