Overview
As a result of the activists` thinking in the 1980s, the much needed high school was opened in Srirama Bhajan Mandir. The people of the neighborhood were financially impoverished and had the heart to give their children a proper education. The establishment of the Srirama High School under the auspices of the Puttur Vidyavardhana Sanghaya has given rise to the present massive institution. Initially, the institution had to struggle to acquire a 9 acre site near Kalladka Pete. Blessed Sri Sri Sri Sri Sri Sri Sri Sri Shri Sri Visveshwirth Shirtha Padangala had inscribed the new building in the beautiful surroundings of nature amidst many obstacles of religious and political power.
